For over 10 years, I kept busy in music and audio production with jobs like recording local artists, editing vocals for a platinum-selling, Swiss-German rock record, and restoring the occasional prophetic cassette tape. 

Around 2017, I discovered my love for something that combined the creative expression of music, the methodology of radio, the effectiveness of advertising, and the heart of storytelling: podcasting. 

The first podcast that really hooked me was S-Town. This investigative and tragic series told a story like I’d never heard before, and opened the door for me to explore new horizons within the audio medium. Since then, my favorite shows consist of all manner of genres, from journalistic to interview-based, comedy, and true crime.

As podcasts have exploded in popularity over the past decade, so has the opportunity for business growth, brand building, and human connection. The percentage of Americans who reported having listened to a podcast in the past week has more than quadrupled since 2013. 

So whether you’ve been podcasting for a while, or are just considering starting, let us walk beside you in your audio (and/or video!) journey.
